Here's a boilerplate answer to the question of "where can I find
stories".
Note: Some of the archives whose links I'm including may not have
been careful about obtaining permissions before including stories
in them. Aside from the magenta archives, I give no endorsement,
gurantee, or assurances of any kind, to or concerning any of these
archives.

Some get posted to soc.subculture.bondage-bdsm, which is
where most of the posters from alt.sex.bondage and alt.sex.femdom
have gone. If by "bondage" you are not excluding torture
or spanking you can also check out alt.torture and
soc.sexuality.spanking. There is an alt.sex.stories.bondage
newsgroup but it's badly overrun by advertising and pics-posts,
as is alt.sex.stories, which gets some bondage stories. The
group alt.sex.stories.moderated receives some bondage stories
and isn't full of spam.
As for websites, I haven't checked all these sites recently
and so can't verify that they all are still there, but some of
them may be of use to you:

archive, it's not an archive of BDSM fiction) and some links to

FWIW, most of my stories can be found in the
alt.sex.stories.moderated archive for Feb 1997 ("Diane")
and March 1997 (most of the rest).
